Guy from Sydney Split Screens brought us his bus to have all the body work repaired and brought back to steel once again Guy bought an IRS kit from us and Installed it himself, but first the body.

First remove the rubbish, then start the process of replacing it with steel once again.

Standard sills are being used on Guys bus, so correct lines and seals are left in place for correctness.

New inner and outer sills with the correct stiffener sandwiched in between the sills for strength. 

The jacking points front and rear on the left side were both filled with concrete, thats a new one for us.

New out riggers, jacking points, top hat sectons, floor bracers, cross members are all new again and back supporting the floor.

This is a good look, but what do you do, other than fix it.

Not always to the parts fit or cover all the repair required but, just make it fit, thats what its all about,

and onces its grown and beaten, you would never know.
