We have been manufacturing our front beam adjusters now for more than 15 years.

We made these to suit the bay window bus beams but can be adapted to suit the split screens smaller tube beam.

These are a rachet type, that weld to the front beam. We also supply with our kit, longer set screws with a standard thread so the standard lock nut can be used and plates that will make the bump stop adjustable as well.

This is to keep the adjusted beam legal with the Roads And Traffic Authorities in most states of Australia.

The centre slot in the rachet adjuster has been machined so that the adjuster will have about 11" of adjustment. 

The flat black crew cab has been adjustered down between 7" to 9.5" depending on the rims its wearing.

To improve the ride quality once the bus is down this low we have used our front beam stiffeners, these

improve the ride and keep the bus off the bump stops.

Please note that adjuster’s to your beam is a modification to your vehicle and will require an engineer’s report once fitted for them to be legal in your state for registration and insurance purposes. No warranty will be entered into unless the vehicle modified has had an engineer’s report certifying the installation.
